We currently ship across India and strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to confirm their order via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Prepaid Orders

We encourage customers to choose prepaid payment methods for a faster and smoother delivery experience.

Customers who choose prepaid payment may receive discounts ranging from ₹15 to ₹25 on eligible products.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on most products.

Please note:

COD orders must be confirmed through phone call or WhatsApp before shipment.
Once a COD order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Truskart reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery services for customers with repeated order refusals, failed deliveries, or excessive return-to-origin (RTO) history.
Some remote or restricted locations may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delays and Delivery Issues

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Truskart will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
